4a. Checkout Diagnostics

To diagnose payment problems, prevent fraud, and improve the reliability of our checkout, we record technical events related to your order — for example: which payment method was selected, which step of the payment flow you reached, error codes returned by the payment provider (Swish or Revolut), your device type (iOS, Android or desktop), browser type, and whether you opened our site from inside another app (such as Instagram or Facebook). We do not store payment card details, passwords, or the content of any form fields. This processing is necessary for the performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable checkout (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These technical events are automatically deleted after 90 days.
