2. Products

All our products are air-dried seafood snacks made from sustainably sourced fish. Product images are for illustration purposes. We reserve the right to make changes to product specifications, packaging, and pricing without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payment

• All prices are in SEK and include VAT (6%)
• Orders are confirmed via email
• We accept credit/debit cards and Apple Pay
• Payments are processed securely through Revolut Merchant

4. Shipping

• Free shipping on orders from 235 kr within Sweden
• Delivery time: 1-5 business days
• We ship via PostNord
• Shipping within Sweden only

5. Returns and Refunds

You have 14 days to return unopened products in their original packaging. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened products. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@followtheseal.se.

6. Allergen Information

Our products contain fish and may contain traces of other allergens. Fish products may contain small bones. Each package includes a non-edible desiccant sachet (moisture absorber) — do not consume. Please check product labels carefully before consumption. If you have any allergies or dietary concerns, please contact us before ordering.

7. Limitation of Liability

Follow The Seal AB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by Swedish courts.
